We supply direct to the customer. We are able to offer discounts to prices advertised for traders with "bulk orders" for resale.
How to order:
Online via our secure Website which uses pay pal a secure payment method or by cheque via post. Please note that cheques must clear before orders can be shipped and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'Eazylife ltd'. Please also remember to include postage and packaging costs otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order. To make a purchase on line you will need to create a user name and password. You are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We may use this information to contact you about an order. If you purchase a product, we require certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We use the online payment system pay pal to process payments for goods.
Delivery:
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail special delivery or via our secure couriers. Pre-orders - not currently in stock will ship as soon the as product is available. Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses. If a product is not in our warehouse you can still place an order - we will ship the product arrives with us.
Billing:
If a product is on order we will contact you by email or phone to notify you of the delay. If however there are delays and you wish to cancel your order, on your request, we will arrange a refund. Tax charges: All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
Returns:
This does not affect your statutory rights If you need exchange or return any items received please email us at sales@eazylifeltd.co.uk within 7 days for returns code. We will then advise you how to return the item to ourselves. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip is required Items may only be returned with 30 days of the initial purchase.The refund policy is only valid if reasonable care has been taken of the product. Please note we will only refund unworn / unwashed products . We cannot refund items that have been trimmed to size. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. You are responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
Faulty product:
Please email: sales@eazylifeltd.co.uk and we will arrange either a replacement or refund (this will need to be done within 30 days of receipt of the product). Postage costs will be reimbursed, so keep proof of postage receipt.
